What are the costs for shipping my order?
Shipping is free on all online orders above '1000/-*' anywhere in India except on all " Discounted" Products & Offers, standard shipping charges will be applicable.
If the total online order amount is less than ‘1000/-*', then shipping costs have been classified into Maharashtra and Rest of India for each product. To view the shipping cost on the product page there is a “Shipping Cost” link next to “Add to Wish list”
If you order more than one quantity of the same product then, shipping cost reduces and is mentioned on the product page.
What if I buy products under special offers (Discounted) ?
Warrenty is not valid for discounted products .

- Discounted products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
When an order dispatched and what is the expected delivery time?
Dispatch happens every working day at 01:00PM IST. If your order & payment has been received before that, your order will be shipped the same day. Courier takes normally 2-7* working days depending on the location.
Please understand that operations of courier companies are not in our control and we cannot be held responsible for delays/misplacement and the resultant impact on your trip schedules. Please order early enough to accommodate delays.
As a general practice always check your courier package for any tampering or damage before you sign the POD receipt. In case there is a problem please don't sign POD and let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the Name/Phone# of the person delivering the package. POD once signed courier company doesn't entertain any complaints/claims.
I want to ship my order to another address than the one I submitted at registration. Can I do this?
Yes you can save multiple addresses in your account on Tannlines Sports Website. Choose the correct address, where you want your order to be shipped at, during checkout and it will be shipped to the desired address.
Can I choose the carrier for my shipment?
Yes and No. We use a variety of carriers including Delhivery, DTDC, Shree Maruti Couriers, FedEx, Professional Couriers, Speed Post (India Post), Blue Dart, In person delivery, etc. Customers can suggest the carrier for their order and we will try our very best to accommodate their request. The choice of carrier is determined by whichever carrier has the best service in your area and the size of your order. And don't worry we will select the appropriate carrier option for you, to keep our shipping charges as low as possible while still maintaining the delivery expectations for the selected level of service. Once your order ships, the ship date, delivery method and other tracking details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email and in your account on www.tannlines.com
What do I do if my product has not arrived on time?
You can email us on email@example.com or call on the numbers given in "Contact Us" page. We will check the issue by following up with the courier companies and inform you as soon as possible. We always hope that all orders reach the customer in timely and appropriate manner and do our best to achieve that. Though, sometimes circumstances are not in our control, but we will try our best to follow up with the courier company and try and deliver the package at the earliest.
Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
Not in the same order. You can place two or more orders with different “Shipping Addresses”
Can my order ship to a Post Office Box?
No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners therefore you must include full address details including a street address for the shipping address.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Once we receive your order, we take few up to 24 hours to process your order before handing it over to the shipping company. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our hand. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your requested change and respective order number. We will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to the shipping company then we are unable to make any shipping address changes.
How long does domestic/international shipping take?
Domestic shipping may take anywhere between 2 to 7 working days to reach the customer, depending on which part of the county, order is being delivered. International shipping takes 10 to 20 working days to reach the customer, depending on which part of the country, order is being delivered.
Are shipping fees refundable if I return my product?
Once a package is shipped we cannot refund the shipping cost. If you return your product, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us as well as the original shipping fee.

On Tannlines Sports website you can either shop by category, by the product’s brand name or by the Sport. For every product we try to provide a description / features / specifications, product code, price and other relevant information pertaining to the product. The product’s rating and review as provided by other users will be displayed when available.

Placing an order on the Tannlines Sports’s site is easy. You can either login to your account or checkout without creating an account if you are in a hurry. Can I cancel / modify my order?

The product I ordered is damaged or has a defect or I received the wrong product. What is your returns policy?
We apologize if you have received a damaged or a defect product. All products go through Quality Check before being shipped from our warehouse. Sometimes even we make mistakes. Please refer to our Returns policy below or mail us on email@example.com and we would be happy to help you out with the issue.
Can I add a product after I have placed my order?
No, you cannot add a product to the same order. You can place a new order and we would dispatch the same at the earliest.
I want to purchase a product at a later time. Can I store this information in my account?
Yes, you can. Just click on ‘Add to My Wishlist’ and the product will be added to your list, which you can view at a later date. To view all products on your Wishlist you can click ‘Wishlist’ on the menu at the top of the page or in “My Account” after logging in.
